As you can imagine, this is a pretty big bummer...
In all honesty though, I think I know exactly what the problem was... it was my birthday. And for my birthday, I went out to eat... a lot. With friends, parents, the fam, you get the idea. Oh, and there was beer... and wine. Not good when you're tyring to lose weight. I shouldn't have let it be an excuse considering I am trying to do this for myself, but what can I say? It was my birthday, and food makes me happy.
Now that my birthday has come and gone, there should be no distractions. Hopefully next week we see better results!
